Delete your account.

You can delete your NeverApply account and its data yourself, at any time, in the app or on the web.

Plain-English summary

If you only read this box:

  • In the app: You, then Privacy, then Delete account.
  • On the web: Settings, then Data & privacy, then Delete account.
  • Cancel a paid plan first.
  • The account closes 30 days after the request. Sign in before then to keep it.
  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Privacy, then Delete account.
  3. Type the email you sign in with, then tap Schedule deletion.

  3. Under Delete account, press Delete. Confirm with your password, or type your email if you sign in without one, then press Schedule deletion.

Cancel the plan first. We do not take a deletion request while a plan can still bill you. When this is needed:

  • On iPhone, the app shows Manage billing.
  • On Android, the app says Manage your plan on the web: sign in at neverapply.co and cancel it there.
  • On the web, Data & privacy shows Manage billing.

A lifetime purchase ends with the account. It is not refunded, and a new account does not restore it.

The request closes your account 30 days later. Until then, Otto stops and no new application is sent. You are signed out on every device, and we email you the date. Sign in at any point before that date to stop the deletion and keep the account.

An application that had already reached the employer when you asked may still finish. We cannot recall a submission that is already on its way.

On the 30th day we permanently delete your profile, resumes and uploaded files, generated documents, chat history, everything Otto remembers about you, application records, screening answers, and the email received at your relay address.

  • Your email address on our suppression list, so we never email you again.
  • Billing records we need for tax and accounting, and the customer records Stripe keeps under its own policy.
  • Data already delivered to employers you applied to. Contact the employer to exercise your rights over it.

Email hello@neverapply.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
