The 30-second verdict

Both auto-apply, but NeverApply keeps the loop in one plan.

AIApply is a broad toolkit where auto-apply is a paid add-on metered by credits. NeverApply includes 5 lifetime hands-free applications on Free; Pro adds recurring monthly credits, daily Autopilot, and cover letters; Max adds automatic resume tailoring for every application.

Two different products

AIApply sells you tools, while NeverApply runs the hunt.

Both can submit applications. The path to a sent application looks very different.

AIApply · the daily loop

You assemble it, and credits deplete.

AIApply gives you a strong drawer of tools, but you still drive: pick the roles, run each tool, and spend a credit every time auto-apply fires.

The true-cost reveal

A monthly bundle adds up to a real yearly bill.

AIApply meters auto-apply as a bundle on top of its toolkit, so the monthly number reads modest until you carry it across a year. Toggle to the annual view to see the full cost. Every AIApply figure is its 2026 review-reported bundled price; the weekly headline it shows at onboarding is a different, older pricing presentation, so we don't cross-derive from it.

AI
AIApplyToolkit + metered auto-apply
  • Starter: toolkit + 100 apps/mo$888/yr$74/mo · bundled auto-apply
  • Pro: toolkit + 250 apps/mo$1,788/yr$149/mo · bundled auto-apply
  • Toolkit only: billed monthly$348/yr$29/mo · no auto-apply
  • Toolkit only: billed yearly$192/yr~$16/mo · no auto-apply

Auto-apply is a separate bundle (or credit packs: $10 for 10, $39 for 100, $79 for 250 applies) on top of the toolkit; the bundled prices below are the 2026 review-reported monthly rates, annualised as billed. The toolkit on its own is $29/mo, or about $16/mo if you pay for a year up front.

NeverApplyFull agent loop, all features
  • Pro: billed yearly$228/yr$19/mo · everything included
  • Pro: billed monthly$348/yr$29/mo · everything included

One Pro plan includes daily matches, cover letters, and supported auto-apply with a 150-credit monthly refill. Max adds automatic per-role resume tailoring. Extra credit packs are optional.

AIApply's Starter auto-apply bundle reads as “$74/mo,” but that's $888 a year. NeverApply Pro is $19/mo billed yearly ($228 a year), with the agent loop fully included.

A week in the life

The same seeker and the same week, two different outcomes.

A typical week for Mateo, an operations manager hunting across markets. Illustrative, not a real customer.

With AIApply · credit-metered

Mateo pays twice, then watches credits.

  • Mon1Grinds the 18-step onboarding; hands over gender, disability, veteran status before seeing the app.
  • Mon2Subscribes to the $29 toolkit, then buys an auto-apply credit pack.
  • Tue3Builds a resume, generates cover letters, queues 20 auto-applies.
  • Wed4Many were high-volume board posts. A few were ghost listings. Credits spent anyway.
  • Thu5Credit pack runs low. Tops up to keep applying.
  • FriPlenty submitted, but spent on unvetted roles. Two real callbacks.

Which one is right for you?

If your situation looks like the left, AIApply is a genuinely strong pick. If it looks like the right, that’s why we built NeverApply.

  • You’re comfortable buying credits and topping up as you apply.
Pick NeverApply if

You want an agent.

  • You want the daily scan to cut ghost jobs and spam before anything is sent.
  • You want to see curated matches free, without an 18-step demographic onboarding first.
  • You want per-role tailoring and applying in one pipeline, not separate manual steps.

Both can submit applications, but only NeverApply runs the whole loop.

AIApply gives you tools and meters the applying by credits. NeverApply Pro scans, filters, and submits with a monthly refill; Max also tailors a job-specific resume for every run.

FAQ

Things people ask before switching.

Short, direct answers. We don't sell against AIApply. We describe two different products, fairly.

We tried to be. AIApply is a genuinely capable toolkit: its Interview Buddy live coaching and 50-language resume translator are real features NeverApply doesn't match today, and its cover-letter generator is good. The point of this page isn't that AIApply is bad. It's that they're different products: AIApply sells a toolkit and meters auto-apply by credits, while NeverApply includes the apply loop in Pro and adds automatic per-role tailoring in Max.
